My issue turned out to be a bad high speed fuel pump, when checked at idle it would show 40lbs of fuel pressure and it would run fine until 3500 - actually checked it twice and a guy had it 3 weeks and couldn't find it. Had to take to a shop with water access, as soon as it got some RPM the pressure went goofy. Intermitent stuff is a gaint pain in the ass to find, I can't believe how long I chased it.
Of course now that it will run WOT - I can't afford to feed it @ 3.70 a gal [img]/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Jumped the gun apparently, they said it ran for them - for me not so much - worse than before
