Default 1975 Original Condition Potter Built SF 20

Fee Paid
I am reluctantly offering my 1975 SF20 to Forum Members for $7,500 OBO, due to circumstances beyond my control (the Wife; long story no plot).
This boat is in very original condition with solid floors and transom! It is not 'rebuilt' or 'restored' and as fine an example of the Classic 20' Potter boat I could find when I purchased it from another forum member last year. Since purchasing the boat, I added a VHF (it did not have one), a larger 1500 gph rule bilge pump, a a backrest for the leaning post (this of course is not original, the boat came with buckets), a new full set of cushions, new original spec UDP windshield, and new Bennet Trim Tabs. The PO added an excellent A65 Raymarine GPS, Sounder, new Bimini and hydraulic steering. The boat is dressed in its original Fighting Lady Yellow gelcoat which is shiny and sound.
The original owner used this boat on the fresh water lakes of Central Florida for the 33 years (yes,33 years!) he owned the boat. The original engine was replaced with the 1993 motor you see in the pictures by the same original owner and tested out to 112 lbs of compression evenly in all six cylinders just this week, this is the famous 2.0 litre block, Black Max motor. The engine looks and runs as new too. The prop is a SS Power Tech.
Everything is in perfect working order on this boat right down to the original circulating bait well. I will provide the complete title history verifying the chain of title to the purchaser and answer any questions you may have. The trailer is an all aluminum Tow Master dual axle with new tires, hubs and bearings as well as a new winch strap and lights. The PO had a couple of areas touched up in the gelcoat (there are of course a few scratches here and there) but the touched up areas are a poor color match and I was planning on having these fixed ($200) and may do it before the sale if the gelcoat guy ever shows up. The boat is stored under cover in my warehouse and I have only used it twice since I bought it. Well, ok I do have four boats and not enough time to use them, which is why the Admiral is putting her foot down. Please check out the photos at:
Photobucket. Please PM or email your questions.
The boat is in Orlando and availabe to see any weekday (weekends ok with a few days notice).

I had a couple of PM's with questions that I should have answered in the listing:
The motor is a 150 hp Black Max
The cockpit and fish box brass drains were replaced by me, and the wood blocks were not rotten or deteriorated.
the boat does not stay in the water it was bottom painted with a black epoxy paint by the PO for appearance, it looks gray in the photos but is black.
The battery is newer, but not brand new, less than a year, I think.
I never put an anchor onboard as I really haven't used the boat and I don't have a full Coast Guard kit. If you need that stuff, I will try to grab some from one of my other boats or work something out with you.
The winch works fine, but you won't need it; the boat floats on the trailer right up to the stand.
Thanks for the PM's and the interest in this great SF20!
Please PM me if I missed anything.

SOLD pending delivery.
Thanks to everyone for the very nice compliments and especially to the two members who viewed the boat and made offers. The boat is going to a forum member, and I will leave to him to post his remarks later. I have been very pleased with the large response I received.
