In response to your posting, I believe there's a very competent shop on the south shore of Massachusetts that is certainly capable of doing all the work you mentioned. I want to say its name is Manta Marine, but I'm not sure. It has been mentioned a number of times on this forum along with pictures of some of their work.

I did a quick search and couldn't find anything. I suspect someone will chime in with some more specific/correct information. I would only say that if you're going to pay someone to do it, it will be a very expensive dream project. Good luck.
