Default Drain plug

I've got 2 drainplugs on the transome. On a different thread of someone a livewell drain was mentioned. It's a 82 20 center. Onsole fisherman was there a livewell ? I don't see one and there is no hose on the fitting

Well I found a bait tank in the floor 1/2under the leaning post

there was no plumbing to it just a hole at the bottom back of the tank a higher hole probly overflow ? And the remnants of a lump and airator pips on the side of the tank how was thebfank filled just remove the plug and water floes in? Then turn on the airator ? Then why the higher o erflow hole ?
