The 454 primer won't be a problem. It dries so fast, the overspray is a powder you can sweep up. The top coat is another matter. I sprayed mine inside, so I can't say with certainty what distance is safe for the top coat. I would think at least 25', but some of the other guys with more experience may have a more accurate idea.
