Re: New Seacraft owner, 1974 20'SF
I've got all the hatches recored and replaced the fuel line to the tank. The only part left to repair is the tilt assembly. I know the motor is junk, but is there a way to test actual piston function? I can get the main cylinder to depress and then the trim cylinders won't

Well, after major surgery on the fuel system he got it going!
Couple of days in the pond, then it was out in the ocean for an attempt at a day fishing! After it was a little too rough for the girls outside, we went inside for some grilling.

Major surgery haha I like that. Everything but the fuel tank was replaced, and carbs rebuilt. Now it's time for a radio and GPS/Fish finder. Thanks for posting that up

BTW just on a pertty side thing, you can get the dealer paint easy, no real prep needed either - tape off the decals and it will look like new. I also did my mid and LU, just washed it with Dawn
they put like a cover on the baitwells to keep them from slooshing out as much, I think thats what you were asking.
