bass - You know it's totally illegal to fish for striped bass (rather keep striped bass) in federal waters!! Good thing nick's a nice guy . . . I know people that would break out a shotgun if you ran over their tuna baits (I'm not kidding either). For your personal saftey . . . do not troll through the tuna fleet and leave PLENTY of space b/w your boat and their baits. That stunt probably cost nick $50 in gear and bait (Owner hook, Floro leader, crimps, swivels, ballon, and the live pogy). Lucky your little cousin didn't run into the side of someone's boat.

yo Nick

Last time I was on your boat, you were going to send me some of that Tuna.

Don't go sour on me, I'm still waiting

We were drifting live ones on ballons for tuna on the Bank when we saw you approach.

My buddy said "you better reel in this guy is headed for the long bait." I said "don't worry he will see it, besides he is in a Seacraft, maybe he is going to say Hi".

1 minute later: Buddy says "you better reel in". I say "don't worry"

1 minute later: Buddy says "you better reel in". I say "i am reeling in as fast as i can!, Sound the Air horn!"

Chop ... chop ... cut off.

Check your prop, you may have some nice floro leader wraped in there.

sorry about that I had my cousin (12yo) driving for a bit while I replaced some of the soft plastics on my umbrella rig for later and I looked over the side and there was a ballon(red if I remember correctly) like 5-10 feet from the boat. I think he learned a lesson when I was done yelling at him . Did you catch anything? I only saw one guy catch one and he was using live pogies. again im sorry about that
Sounds like somebody is owed a 12'r of cold ones! next time out on the water!
