That's for sure. Vermont hasn't seen flooding like this since 1927. This is about five miles upstream on the same river that runs through my sister's property. When we were there in July, we crossed the river on four wheelers without getting our feet wet. Over the weekend, it was running 10' deep and forty mph.
This is heartbreaking. I sit here watching the news and where are they? Woodstock, Vt. Jeffrey, the owner of a local shop was staring back at me.
