I met the people from Metan Marine last year at the Newport Boat show. They have repaired many Seacrafts and the work is excellent. Maybe they can take a ride over to inspect boat. At the very least bring some pictures to the show.

test the whole deck, only repair the bad sections, i have done two 23's , the first i skinned out a lot of good balsa, the second i had learned from the first and only repaired what needed it. I did the skin the top layer off method, and recore and replace skin.While your at it i would check the cap for core issues and do them as well.
