As far as the motor, I had the exact one one a Cape Horn and loved it. Great on gas, sipped oil, and plenty of power. My dream Seacraft would have two 200 hpdi on a Hermco bracket.
Now as far as the floor, I would be worried about it not self bailing with only the floor being raised 1" at the most. I had an 84' with a bracket and raised the floor about 4" and it just would self bail, full of gas, 50gal livewell and 3-4 guys, ice, etc... Now at the dock it may be fine. My old one had about 3" from the scuppers to waterline at the dock.
