this is the original high bow rail that is mounted on top of the gunnel not the one in the indent low around the cap..

Hmmm I am in Mass and hadn't noticed you are in nj. Assume shipping isn't an option. Will come back to you if I think of a solution. Should fit 23 cc 1987?
