I had one on a 25 Oceanic and it pushed the boat close to 48 on the GPS and mine even had power steering!
It took me everwhere and I mean everywhere..Bahamas at least 15 times Tortugas 3 times countless times to Elliot Key and the Florida Keys not to mentione all the local fishing and bar hopping outtings. It does like the gas but hey it's a V8 and it pushes a fairly large boat full of stuff and gas was 50 cents back then But for free you can buy a lot of gas with the savings
