Congrats 'Tog!,
Classic look! Looks like a really nice transom job. What year and model is he motor? Coosa will offset some of the extra weight of the 150 (assuming its a 135 or 150).

32 knots is about 36 mph. If that motor is a 150 you can do better. Probably break 42-45 mph easy @ 5500 rpm.

Check the height of of you anti-cav plate relative to keel. 1 -1/4" is about right. Tell us about you prop, too - diameter, pitch, model. Have a blast!

If the Merc is a 115 you are dialed in...
