Default chrysler experts

need help- have a chrysler 360, 1968 engine with walter v drive. I want to repower to gm style block(crusader, mercruiser etc.) Will this v drive mate up with the new engine package, or will I have to purchase new v drives as well?

No, it won't mate up. But an adapter may be a possibility. Advance Adapters, Trans-Dapt, TCI, and others make a variety of adapters.

I tried calling walters, they will not talk to me without me knowing what v drives I have. There is no i.d. plates on v drives.

It's possible just to get a different bell housing.
