Default 23 CC with crow's nest/upper station

anyone running a 23 cc with an upper station or crow's nest. Considering it for cobia and offshore fishing and was looking for some feedback on how it effected performance and handling ie pitch and roll. Thanks

I've seen some here in south Florida. Id think with the 8 foot beam it would be a little top heavy and cause a lit if rolling in a heavier seas. Im more a fan of the half tower with controls. Here is a post by another of our Florida members

So I had that on my 23' CC when I bought it. I used it a couple of times. The zip access on t-top fabric was a problem area. The only thing I have kept is the aluminum plate you would have stood on. It's mounting surface for antennas, radar, etc. I made a cleaning table out of the tower All that said I don't target Cobia often enough for the hassle especially since I trailer the boat.
