Yep pretty much, unless you want to spend many more bucks to buy a whole new lower unit. The Bay unit isnt bad, but its a little over priced for the quality of the parts. The machining on the ALUM extension it self left a little to be desired (the studs did NOT fit well without liberal blows with a soft faced hammer) and the rest of the kit was a few plastic tubes to space the seals back up to their mating surfaces. I would probably be a little more happy if it came with a water pump kit at least. Why wouldn't you do a water pump at this point anyhow? Its the same kit for your 06 motor as my 1994.
