hey Dan, I would say plug those floor drains up and go out the transom. I just replaced the deck on my inboard and i removed them and the blocks that they were drilled through. mine would only let water in if i had at least two guys in the back, never underway but most of the times i kept them plugged up.I'm going to put my new scuppers through the transom with 2 1/2'' PVC pipe with exhaust flaps on the outside and screw in plugs on the inside. I did this setup on my brothers 20' seacraft and haven't had any problems. when i stop being so lazy I'll post up some pics of the build.
