twin Etec 130's on a 23 with bracket

I have a pair of 150 etecs on my 23, no bracket, and see 29-32 knts at 4100
2 mpg

if the bracket floats the back of the boat some you may see your projected numbers with the 130's, but the prop will be smaller than the 19, the 150's would not make top rpm with 19" viper 3 blades needed to be reduced.
