The circled fitting looks like an outrigger base, maybe a Lee, good ones. I have a set extra if you would like.

I had an early 70s seafari 20, maybe older. It had no foam at all in the hull and you could see the number of stringers by looking in the hatches under the bunks.

Mr. Potter took over in '69. Try doing a pencil etching of the ID plate by putting a piece of paper over it and coloring the paper with the pencil. It looks like the info is stamped into the ID plate, so the etching might pick up the info you're eyes can't make out.

I'll try that Scott, Cda the pockets on the fittings face forward, weird for an outrigger. Like if i stuck a stick in them it would aim toward the bow. There coming off anyway, dont think they're not standard. Also there is foam if you look at my engine pics in this post where those cracks are is foam fill.
