Power Tilt Relays

Any suggestions for pulling relays that appear to be stuck? I have an older 115 Evinrude with non-working power tilt and want to do the "swap-the-relays" trick, but they (Bosch) don't want to come out. There doesn't appear to be any tab holding them together or any spot to insert a flat screwdriver to pry them off.

Anytime I have a question which stumps me I call BRP. Very helpful and they will answer q`s on older motahs as well.
