Newer (mid 90's and up) SeaCrafts
Are the new SeaCrafts junk or still a quality product? I know what happened to Mako when they were purchased, did SeaCraft hulls decline in quality and are the year 2000 hulls built the same as when they were in FL?

My buddy has a 2001 with a 135 optimax. The newer "classic" 20s have a level deck from bow to stern, no casting platform.
My opinion - the fit and finish is first class. He's certainly run his pretty hard and there is no sign of weakness anywhere on the boat. I'd buy one |

Be careful with the last years they were in production, i have heard a couple of horror stories about some 25's built in the last few years of production. My 2 cents.
They don't weigh as much as the older ones , hence don't ride quite as good. |
