Zinc-uneven ride

My 23 Scepter rides with a port side roll attititude high starboard more noticably with a full tank. Most of the weight for stored items already rides on starboard side. The Zinc tab on outboard is pointing to starboard now. Any suggestions? Also does anyone know what size allen wrench it is to r+r zinc?

You might want to check your hull to make sure it doesn't have a hook in the bottom. There was one 23' mold that had such a hook in it. I understand that Potter told the SeaCraft Industries folks about it when they bought him out and advised them not to use it, but it evidently got used anyway. I looked at an '85 Sceptre for Island Trader a few years ago which had the hook in it, as show in picture below. The owner of that boat had evidently never noticed anything unusual about it's handling, but some folks are more observant of such things than others.

That's funny, my 85 Sceptre used to lean toward the starboard side when underway. I tried adjusting the trim fin on the leg but that had no effect. Ended up moving both batteries to the port side and moved the fuel tank towards the rear. Problem solved.

My father's '82 used to have the same problem. We assume it had the hook although we never took a straight edge to it to confirm. Dropping the port tab a little solved it for him.

Does it have a pull and a lean?

It leans to port. Any thoughts on the zinc? Which way should it point to? What size allen wrench.

there is also a raw water inlet that sticks out about 2" on bottom aft port side
