Cute SeaCraft Runabout info please

I have to assume the guy knows what kind of boat he has and I also have to believe you know what you're talking about which leaves me in a quandary over the I.D. of the boat.
He mentioned I wouldn't find any info on the web. Said it was basically one of a kind so I'll just have to see when I get there.
Anyway you got me thinking maybe the guy confused Starcraft with Seacraft but nothing matched and I recall Starcraft having aluminum boats. Also checked Australian SeaCraft and nothing.
If it turns out to be American SeaCraft I'll post a photo of the nomenclature plate.
