Gee, for years CSC went under the radar of the spam machine. a year to the day of v.bull conversion, some buttwipe enters the picture...geek squad? al-quaida, romney, obama? Leave me to my sickness you miscreants I'm already tired of it and I'm just getting started pulling me pots - 142 lobsters and only 5 legals... yours truly,
screwed in CA...

Looks like our Administrators did their jobs, yanked the posts and hopefully banned those losers from future posts as well!

Gillie, didn't know you were a lobsterman! You've been holding out on us! Did you rig up a winch/pulley trap hauler on that fancy arch on the Seafari?! With it's low freeboard aft and big cockpit, it could indeed make a fine lobster boat! Tell us more! Denny

Thanks to the site administrators for removing the infiltrators... my decoder ring needs solar recharge.

Denny, not a real lobsterman. Those guys are down east. Here we just hoop-net, or dive - and diving here flat out sucks in the winter months. Cold, poor visibility, big rocks with big morays and wolf eels. Screw that - I like my fingers, I find them useful on the freeways.

No winch system, just the whiskey-line, hand over hand method... working on a swinging pulley system but nothing done yet. just working the jettys so far so deepest drops have been 40 ft or so. Best drops have been around 15-25 ft where there is more rip rap for them to hide.
