By the looks of the pieced together Mercury which the lower half came off a SeaRay more then likely, I would value the motor at about $500-$800?
Depending what part of the country you are in really designates the value..
Northeast boats are always HIGH!! The trailer is not galvanized and looks
like a POS to me (value $300).
The hull with the transom being a big IF..
I would put a value of around $2K for the whole shebang!!

Don't get sucked in just cause' it is a SeaCraft!!
