Hey thanks for the comments .. But I will confess this is definitely a learning curve.. And a big one at that. I installed the center stringer this afternoon. and pulled the bracket from the mold. then went down and tried to weight it.. I would say that is comes in around 160 but i did not trim off excess and install the top.. I have got what i had expected and that was the glass pulled from the mold creating some warping to the inside of the mold. It appears to be all the same all around the bottom is flat and looks god. but the radius corners and forward and aft look awful.. Lots of fairing that has to be addressed. the glass bows inward from the side and the front and back of mold... It looks to be about a 1/4 in in the center on the front and the back. and the same for the sides...If I had t do it again I would use foam and therefor I would not be using much glass and resin.. I think it would be easier to build the bracket... Anybody try it..
