On my radius I had a hell of a time bending the 1/8" luan believe it or not... So after cursing up a storm i decided to pull a sterlite Tote from the attic and cut the top off. I made sure it was stamped PP before I proceeded..After all I didn't want to get yelled at for nothing.. anyway this actually worked out really well and the Gelcoat came out beautiful... will fit the top Monday.. and start back on the transom.. until then hope you all had an itchy Weekend. two layers of 2 oz and two layers of 1708 sandwiched with nidacore and two layers of 1708 to finish off.. part weighs about15-20 lbs..72 inches wide x 24 deep Will weigh total when I get done...
