Default Sanded thru the prime now what?

I rolled on 3 coats of Awlquick primer to the cockpit, gunwale and v berth area. I sanded thru on some of the high spots down to the gelcoat and in some areas that i repaired down to fiber glass. Do i need to reprime theeses areas or can i apply my top coat. What is the best way to fix them?
I will be rolling on a coat of the 545 primer before top coating.
