Wish I knew....not qualified to answer that one Gillie. I would think that you would want to patch both the inside and out side of the tank...just like a boat.

Just outa' curiosity, what the heck kind of a vehicle are you driving with a
fiberglass tank?? ![]() I would be hitting the junk yard unless your ride is a Ferrari, Lamborgini or Bugatti Veyron!!! ![]() ![]()

Well Ken, it wasn't the Bugatti - I tend to favor the Aston Martin in the rain...
Needless to say they don't have the tank in my local salvage yards but I did find one up in North Hollywood... Strick, I think you're right about patching inside and out but the endoscope has something brown on the lens clouding my image of the internal perimeter... not confident I have a good rough edge...I'll get a better view tomorrow ![]()
