Trust me she already knows something is up. When I got the little red sceptre (now blue) I hid it in a storage yard about a mile from my house because I did not really have the room to put it at my house. Figured I'd tell her about it when I brought it home. Besides I needed some time to come up with a good explanation as to why I needed another boat. Well one day I went to the storage yard and when I jumped on the boat there was a little note on the dash that read "I KNOW ABOUT YOUR LITTLE SECRET" We still laugh about that one.
best to come clean now...if you need some advice let me know

Did Denny say Dude? I got the treasure because I stole it. As a good pirate, I will share the plunder as I sort out what I want to do moving forward. FG1 is gonna give his opinion of the resto/condition moving forward tomorrow. I am nothing if not impulsive and a little bat S crazy on a daily basis. Janet has been sitting beside me all week as I post. My main mission was to make sure she stayed in the family. For that price, I can pick and choose who she may marry. As I thought, she had some title issues. Listed as an 85 homebuilt. Few know what they look like and most dismiss claims otherwise. As I spoke with the PO, this became clear as I had suspected. I am infatuated with this hull, but I really have the deepest love for Wide OPen. She is perfect for me, my weinermobile, driveway/shop/, and scrawny little frame.

I will get some really cool old pics scanned and posted this week.

Always entertaining,
GFS

Very busy at work today. I`ll get pics soon. Please be patient. My floor jack left its fluid on the weinermobile floor and some on the passenget seat.....nice. How to clean the seat? Left front tire on the trailer went flat and Jack was useless. Dan The Man from FG1 came by with his custom homemade phenolic hammers and went all over her. His parting words were, If you ever want to sell her, call me. If you are local and need glass work done, Dan is THE MAN. His work on the 21 was Restaurant quality.

I can run a marine forklift or travel-lift :-) Used to do it all the time.

Default Too many boats!

I know the feeling, sometimes I get yelled at when I bring home another boat. I do have a special "area" as well - my back yard. Ten and soon to be 11 on the 9th of next month I hope. It kinda makes it hard to mow grass time to time but love older boats to much to watch them get junked.
