I have only heard good things about that plasteak. No personal experience but the hull truth is a great place to search to find a few guys who have.

Had Juan from specialty marine products drop by yesterday with a sample of the Plasteak For me to look at. looks like exactly what I was looking for. Resembles starboard only in teak and didn't have the open grain that I saw with the deck boards at home depo or lowes .
