I am updating the ad with some measurements that I took for a forum member who asked about the dimensions of the frame.

The frame measures 76" wide by 79h.

Its fits on adjustable rails on the gunnels that are are 4ft long and mounted 11 inches above deck so the total height is about 90 inches above deck.

so how difficult and what are the costs to get it to Miami?

Maybe someone coming down this way....LOL
