Fuel management
Any suggestions on fuel management systems? I used to have a navman 2100 and really liked it but I guess they no longer make them.
I was hoping for something around two bills. Thanks. Rob |

I love my FloScan,
They're extremely accurate and they offer several models. They're more than 200 dollars, but I think their quality and performance makes them worth it. http://www.floscan.com/html/blue/recreationalmarine.php

Hard to beat Flo-Scan. Their stuff is aerospace quality, plus their customer service is top notch if you need it.
However if you have a modern DI motor, the factory gage setups like Smartcraft or I-Command may be more cost effective because you can combine GPS speed with fuel flow from engine computer to get instantaneous MPG, which is a big help in finding optimum trim and engine rpm, in addition to fuel used, distance on remaining fuel, etc. That's real handy on a long trip!
