I'm not the best source for this, only had the outboard version, but both the 20 and 25 like weight forward. Heck, in rough water, the 20 likes weight, period. For us, the boat ran into very snotty conditions quite well with 6 scuba tanks in a rack centered about where the cabin door is. It would be my guess that the outboard version has a more forward CG and would run better accordingly.
