For a 20' in that time frame, I would have expected a HIN starting with SIC for Seacraft Industries. I believe the last three numbers indicate a manufacture date of March '81. May not have been titled until '85?

Regardless, it's a nice Master Angler for a good price.

It had been dormant a while when I caught that myself the second time around, Did not see this one the first time, sometimes I spend more time looking at the older post than the new and it seems like the more I read them the more I catch, understand or get out of them. (especially when I read what GFS writes)
