Don't sweat it....My buddy (spirit dude's) sea craft is the same year '85, and mine is a potter '80 and his boat is just as good and maybe even heavier than mine...check out his thread on the floor job he is in the process of doing...his glass guy said this boat is rediculously overkill !!!! And the stringers and lamination was perfect after 28 years of beating the snott out of the boat.... I fished his boat when it was brand new in '85.
