I'd prefer St Pete, but will be happy to go with whatever.

Is there a safe place to leave a truck and trailer overnight in or near NPR?

Frankly we just like Anclote but for us it really doesn't matter distance is the same - I will help all with driving directions if we decide up there or maybe you could all meet at Ft Desoto and drive up from there maybe

there is a ramp in the Cottee River ( Nicks Park) nearby but I don't use it and would have to check on safety but should be OK, don't know about a parking fee but most have them now, Anclote is in the same county and has one as do all Pinellas ramps

- Anclote Park at the end of the Anclote River is well protected although you would have to pay the $6 per day parking, 5 good ramps and thats where I will leave mine.

I would consider driving the boat up frankly, at least from FD, the only potential issue is between Johns Pass and Clearwater pass with a long no wake zone there - other than that its ICW all the way. Its a nicer boat ride from there than the car

weather may have something to say about everything at Nov 1
