I made my own on the 23' that I had using 1/4 Lexan.I found the Lexan much easier to work with than Plexiglass.

It was wicked easy. I think it was 3/8...but I would have to ck. I think the plastic cost me $80 bucks. Good luck

How does it look in the corners where you applied the heat to bend it, are there any bubbles or is there any difference in clarity of the lexan ?
