489# that's dry weight for the 25" Yamaha, no prop. The 25" 200 etec is 433#, I guess no prop....however there is the cost of 2-stroke oil with the etec. And the Yamaha recommends 89 octane versus 87 for the etec. Always something when comparing outboards!!!
