Never heard of Marada boats before now. Did a little internet research(you get what you get). Not much there, the company is out of business. From what little I found, they sound like seriously bad junk, unprotected wood floors covered with carpet, etc. A 2003 needing stringers should be a warning sign. I think I found your boat, can't tell much about hull shape from the pics. In general, if it was me, I'd pass, way too much risk, at any price. For 12K, you can find a nice 23. If you are really patient and want about the best rough water hull you can get in anything under 31 ft, hold out for a 25 Seacraft Seafari. If not, there are plenty of 23 Seacrafts in every possible condition and price range.
