How does it look in the corners where you applied the heat to bend it, are there any bubbles or is there any difference in clarity of the lexan ?

I was just at Sun Ray plastic asking the same things. They make all kinds of stuff for many hi end mfrs. They said go with 3/8 lexan and use a metal brake at a local fab shop.

Said no heat necessary and holds the 90 bend.

Or follow Hermit`s nice work.
