Default 23 transom angle

Going to be keeping an eye out for a bracket for the 23 project.
What's the angle?

Measure it with a framing square. Short end of the framing square faces up and the long end of the framing square facing towards the bow of the boat and flat against the bottom. Measure the resulting gap to the nearest 1/4". For every 1/4" in measurement, that is equivalent to 1 degree of angle.

Example: If you measure 3 1/2".....then your angle of degree is 14 degrees.

Figured someone already knew. Hard to do the square thing with the motor mounted.
I believe it's 15 degree if I remember right. Just wanting to know if a deal comes along. Not planning to take the motor off until we finish the 19.

Most people with 23' say they are 12 degrees. I think strick swore his was 13. Mine on my 23' looks to be 12.5 degrees. I think twelve is about right but some transoms have saged down with soft wood and that could make it 13 possibly.
