I'm with Water Rat on this one. I don't think you can remove the anchor locker faux Teak bulkhead in one piece without removing or significantly jacking up the fore cap. It is wedged in there good. If you find a way to get it out and back in without the PITA procedure, I'm sure other would be interested in you method.

Of course you could take a 10# sledge hammer and get it out!!
