I have been told by a few "Sea Craft" guys that the scupper system or the low transom can cause that. I was told by the marina that it was during a rainstorm. Possible it was dead battery/switch not on? Not sure.

What are you asking for the hull and trailer alone? Without electronics would be great, too.
