Tested the minimum planing speed with 9X12 Bennett's fully down and a Yamaha 13 1/4 X 17 semi clever aluminum prop on my 2001 115 2 stroke. It's tough to see but GPS says 11 knots and even could have got it lower than that after looking at the video again.

Cool! When it's too rough for me to run faster I'll high speed troll at 12-14 knots on the way offshore, on a 18' SeaHunt, no tabs.
It helps when your hull can plane at these slow speeds. Can't do this with my 25' Contender; have to use a lot of tab and run 20+ knots to stay on plane.
