The boat is in Palmetto Bay, Florida (south Miami Dade county)- 5 minutes east of the turnpike at SW 152 street. Google map 15200 S Dixie highway, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157 to get an accurate idea of where it is. If you would like, call me at 305-989-9100 Thursday 9am-6pm to discuss/ coordinate details.
I co-planned, specified, and implemented or arranged all of the refit and maintenance from the boat's purchase in 2000 until now. The refit project began when a good friend of mine suggested the project as a partnership: His money, my planning, design and implementation. And he had one final stipulation: he wanted something really cool- a really big pile of money later, the project was complete. When my friend's circumstances changed a few years later, at his request, I bought him out at his price. With the exceptions noted below, I or technicians directly in my employ and direct supervision did all of the work. Fred Herman's shop, the legendary outfitters in south miami, welded the T top rod holders, recovered the T top with weblon, and did some paint work. A-1 Fiberglass re-painted the hull sides and transom in 2007, and repaired the floor and re- non skidded it in October of of this year. The boat stands on its own merits, warts and all- Although the saying goes, "it is what it is", I want any buyer to be totally comfortable moving forward with a purchase. As I can speak much faster than I can type, I am happy to discuss in detail tomorrow.
