Didn't this boat sell in 2012 for $25,000?? What was done to make it sell for more?

in 2012 the motor was stolen off the boat, so I put it up for sale while I decided if I wanted to re-power. I ended up putting a yamaha 250 4 stroke on her and keep it. So the 25k price was without a motor.
