I used a hand saw along the sides, put rope between the mount lugs and used an A-frame and pulley to pull it up from one end first. A 4x4 across the gunnels would have worked fine too. It was much easier than I expected. I did tape over the hose connections to avoid fireworks since it still had a couple of gallons in it.
