congrats, Turned out to be a nice little conversion... I like the 200 on my 20's too. I is a little big on these hulls but you don't have to run the hell out of it to get a 40 mph cruse and you can out run a storm if needed. Not sure what the hpdi weight comes in at but it don't look like it draws that much more draft than normal. Those flotation tubs make a big difference, don't believe it just leave the plug out and you will find out how much lower it sits real fast. Again, very nice. A lot of work on this on but well done and worth the efforts.
