Field find seacraft. No title

Hey im new here. But not new to seacrafts. I was wondering if I can somehow get a title for a seacraft. We came across one setting in a field the farmer said we can have it but he doesn't have a title its a secptre 23 I believe its a 1975. Its pretty rough but its a seacraft so it doesn't bother me. The old man it not much help and not really willing to help other then letting us have it.. I live in fl and I know its almost impossible to get boat titles. Call a local tag agency, see what they say, also can you locate the hin? It should be stamped on the transom.
